Our Policy and salon info

L.A Beauty Bar is located at 251 E Main Street Mount Kisco, NY 10549. We are located in a busy plaza with limited parking, be sure to allow yourself enough time for parking so you can still be on time for your appointment.


Booking Policy: We require all clients to leave a valid card on file with us in order to book appointments. Under no circumstances will we allow bookings without a card on file. This is to ensure fairness to every client looking to get an appointment scheduled with one of our stylists.


Appointment Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your scheduled appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service total for the day. Cancelling after the 48 hour mark will result in a 50% charge to your credit card on file. If the cancellation is within 24 hours, you will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service to the card on file. NO SHOWS will automatically be charged 100% of the service total. Failure to pay a cancellation fee will make you ineligible to return to our salon.


Late Policy: 

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule/ or surrender a service and will need to pay the full amount of the original booked appointment to be able to schedule your next appointment.

 

Child Policy:

We love your children, but due to safety concerns and limited space, we kindly ask you not to bring your children or any additional guests to your appointment unless they themselves are scheduled in for a service. If you are without childcare during the time of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule before 48 hours. This policy ensures that you and the rest of our guests have a relaxing experience at our salon and is made with your child's safety in mind.


Refund Policy:

We want to ensure you are more than happy with your service and experience at L.A Beauty Bar. If you are ever dissatisfied regarding your hair color or extension appointment, please reach out to us. Your stylist will adjust what you need, complimentary within the first 7 days after the appointment. Keep in mind, a complimentary adjustment does not take place if you changed your mind about the color/extension service, in this scenario an additional charge can take place. In no circumstance will a refund be offered as our stylists' time can not be given back.
